Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in their original condition
  • with original tags attached
  • in the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at info.morer@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info.morer@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of the good, so we can assess the issue and find a solution. Claims after this period will be rejected.

In cases where the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, MORER will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original order and place a new order once the return has been approved. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.
