Shipping destinations
At launch, MORER ships within Spain and some countries in the European Union (at the moment, Italy, France, Portugal and the Netherlands). We aim to expand shipping destinations over time.
Order processing
Orders are packed and prepared for shipment shortly after order confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are provided at checkout.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, MORER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Refused shipments
If you choose to refuse delivery of an order, you will be responsible for:
- the original shipping costs
- any return shipping costs incurred
These amounts may be deducted from your refund once the returned shipment is received and processed.
